Paris Vs New York Illustrations by Vahram Muratyan

Posted by on Nov 3, 2010 in AROUND THE WORLD, DESIGN

Illustrator Vahram Muratyan presents this  “friendly visual match between the two cities, as seen by a Parisian based in New York with all the  details, cliches and contradictions.. The result is a charming set of similarities and differences. The juxtaposition of the various icons of the two cities and the details that make up their urban identity is explored through subjects as diverse as bread (baguette vs. bagel), the weather and pests (Parisian pigeon vs. New York rat). We found this graphic battle extremely funny and tasteful, as far as winner.. we absolutely love both cities, so no winner!
