Renown photographer, Kenro Izu spearheaded Angkor Hospital for Children and founded Friends Without a Border to raise funding for relief for Japan. FWAB is collaborating with JANIC, the Japan NGO Center for the International cooperation, which is disbursing funds to 24 nonprofit members in order to help the full spectrum of urgent needs.

Izu’s exhibition Light over Ancient Angkor was created to benefit the hospital in Siem Reap through donations from generous Japanese benefactors. Additionally, Inez Storer connected with Izu and is donating a percentage of her profits from the sales of her Kimono monoprints.
