No Closet, No Problem

Posted by on Jul 12, 2011 in DESIGN | No Comments

Created by Kieser Spath industrial design, these free standing racks and shelving units were exhibited last month at DMY Berlin 2011. Named after its shape, “Mr. T” helps you store your favorite pieces and/or excess clothing and display them in a sleek and organized fashion. Taking after traditional minimal Japanese architecture, this rack is composed of a square aluminum rod held in place by two ash beams. Available in two sizes, the regular size features a black beam, while the large version has a white one.

“Lada” is a selection of storage containers that can be used as a shelf, sideboard or  miniature table. Composed of strips of ash coated in green, blue and grey “Lada” and “Mr. T” go together perfectly. The simplicity and versatility of both pieces allows anyone to create various environments within their space.
