Transplanted Brits Ben Towill and Philip Winser of  the Silkstone catering and event company are the founders of this newborn unique restaurant located at 17  Orchard St (between Hester and Canal Streets). The cuisine at The Fat Radish does not fall into one particular category but rather returns to a way of eating before food was constantly classified.
