Yokohama Apartment by ON Design Partners

  • The expression of art comes alive within the realms of the ‘Yokohama Apartment.’ The two-storey residential complex was designed by ON design partners in Kanagawa, Japan. This abode serves as a multi-functional area for socializing, work and exhibitions as the living quarters rise up above the courtyard. The home is a community of space with its courtyard of four triangular structures and an outdoor kitchen ready for gatherings with a multitude of functions. The design also includes a washroom and storage closets on the second storey with sufficiency for proper organization. A collection of outside staircases spiral around the courtyard giving access to the elevated living areas above creating a myriad house of suitability.
