Hotel Atra Doftana by Tecon Architects

Posted by on Jul 26, 2011 in ARCHITECTURE

The Hotel Atra Doftana was designed by Tecon Architects in Prahova, Romania. This structure coerts with the environment majestically as it has two volumes that take advantage of the natural form of the area. The first floor located below the access of the building contains the hotel rooms and the reception area. It’s unique design also gives accessibililty to parking on the roof. The second volume consists of  the living room, the dining room and the restaurant kitchen. It slopes down towards the mountain lake closeby and extends the green yard space opening up the view of the accomodating spaces.
