Paper Tables by Matt Gagnon

Posted by on Aug 4, 2011 in DESIGN, HOME DECOR

The natural elements of the American southwest’s eroded rock formations have brought inspiration to artist Matt Gagnon to create “Paper Tables.” The design is built up of recycled paper board that was laser cut and bolted together. A solid form develops when reading materials are stored in the rectangular blocks’ carvings. These tables master the rock formations look quite wonderfully with their dramatic cuts and bold colors as providing a dialog between the old and the new.
