As the Cloud Floats On

A dreamy little cloud floats right into our hearts with the alluring paper balloon called Cloud Kami-Fusen by Yoko Noguchi from Japan. This white and light little treasure comes with a straw for inflating the balloon and a cotton thread for hanging. Feel like your floating amongst the clouds as this wonder can hang by your window with light shining through. A flag can also be attached to write a quaint message to use as a gift.
