The Periscope Project

Posted by on Aug 12, 2011 in ARCHITECTURE, ART

Dismissed shipping containers find a new purpose as exhibition and educational space in San Diego. Award winning architect Petar Perisic is the original innovator for the idea of the Periscope Project, but ENS Projects completed the concept years after he died. These containers are made up of a gallery, work and living spaces, an outdoor performance area in the main courtyard and educational resources. It’s free to the public for the local community, students, artists, and professors to express ideas, learn, interact and develop new projects together.
