Dom by Domo Product Design

Spanish designers Christian Sintes Midmore and David Dominguez Fuster  have created a hanging lamp that combines rigid lines of modern-day architecture with elements of ancient Rome’s ruins. The Dom by Domo Product Design embraces a futuristic look as it seems to hover while it hangs in your living room. The aluminum sheet and white lacquered interior makes up the amazing design of these lights.

‘We wanted to create a dome-like product that could generate the sensation of being underneath of an elegant geometric ceiling or a reinterpretation of the Roman pantheon,’ says Midmore. ‘We developed the lamp trying to understand what kind of geometrical object could transmit this sensation, and how to enhance the concept,’ Fuster adds.
