Eco-friendly elements fused with a contemporary feel comforts residents of the “Porch House” designed by San Antonio based company Lake Flato. This structure combines factory-built modules and custom outdoor elements such as terraces, breezeways, carports, and porches. The LEED-certified home is energy efficient with water saving features, natural ventilation systems with feasible windows and doors, sustainable building materials, energy efficient lighting, solar orientation, low-energy materials, high-effciency mechanical systems and much more. Each home module can be organized indvidually, side by side or stacked.
