DVA Arhiteka designed two delightful black houses in Zagreb, Croatia to function as a primary residence and a home of rent both identical in comfort and privacy. The Black House design embraces the simple qualities of linear lines and ample spaces. Each structure’s physical elements are connected by a series of walls, but represent a unique presence because of how they are  spatially composed together.
