Infra, Photography Series by Richard Mosse
Genocide wraps parts of our world in a rainbow of terror, hopelessness and despair. Yet, artist Richard Mosse uses the color pink that can mean love, acceptance and self-worth to alter how we view the decimation in Eastern Congo in his series “Infra.” He uses aerochrome to shock the viewer and possibly help them take a second look at the turmoil going on in the Congo instead of it just being another grain of sand in the sea of Global problems.
