Concept Husqvarna MOAB Scrambler

Posted by on Nov 19, 2011 in TWO WHEELS

Recently shown at the EICMA in Milan, this fascinating concept by Husquarna called MOAB has been defined as the “modern re-interpretation of the scrambler” replicating the colors of the glorious Steve McQueen’s 1970 Husqvarna 400 Cross. The engine is the Rotax/BMW 650 unit, wheels are 17” front and rear, and fitted with Pirelli MT60RS dual-sport tires. The bars are high and wide, and the seat is long enough to make the riding position comfortable. Hi-tech is not missing either from the instrument panel to the LED lights in the front and at the back, this bike is truly the real deal. Husqvarna hasn’t confirmed whether or not it’ll put this bike into production, the response at EICMA was extremely positive. Check out also the Triumph Hellfire.
