The Tiburon Bay House located in San Francisco excels in environmentally friendly design and sustainability while being extremely pleasant to the eye. Mostly made from demolished building materials this LEED platinum estate designed by Butler Armsden architecture,  provides all the usual modern comforts, while being extremely ‘clean’. Featuring  solar powered panels on the roof and water reclamation system installed into it the Tibouron Bay House  present  a very unique layout centered around the stairs and circulation space, allowing the rooms to face the gardens and nearby  water. The exterior bridge serves both as an outdoor living space while it simultaneously connecting the garden to the house.
