Hufnagel Cycles, Le Porteur

Posted by on Dec 22, 2011 in TWO WHEELS

After a year of hard work from the creator Jordan Hufnagel and his collaborators at Hufnagel Cycles, they presented the Porteur/City bike project to the world. Drawn from Jordan’s cycling and life experiences, the Porteur/City bike project features a custom fitted hand built sleek and elegant frame, fork, stem and rack.  Changes can also be made to handle bars, lock holster, waxed cotton toll roll and the wood portage crate. Most of these parts are made in America, and some made in house. This bike is designed to be spirited and fun to ride on; it offers the most for city folks since it will glide smoothly on gravel roads. Jordan Hufnagel grew up having a large influence from BMX bikes in Austin Texas, the element of extreme excitement left an everlasting impression on him. With that he then lived in Portland for seven years, and understood the importance of practicality and functionality. The Porteur/City bike project is the perfect combination of the two knowing exactly what riders need. Check also
