Converted Tin Chapel Home by Nick Kenny

Posted by on Jan 3, 2012 in ARCHITECTURE | No Comments

This 19th century church located in the historic town of Faversham on the Kent coast has now been completely transformed into the shabby chic home of the artist and craftsman Nick Kenny. Nick put his heart and soul into converting this singular looking church into the home of his dreams. Everything that was brought into the house during the process of the renovation was either scrap or salvage, purchased at a price next to nothing. For example, the bathroom was fitted with a reclaimed sink and Nick personally made a new shower out of old boiler parts.
