Written Portraits by Van Wanten Etcetera !

“Written Portraits” is an amazing advertising campaign where the pages of autobiographical books were carved in the shape of the author’s face. Van Wanten Etcetera ! agency started this campaign as a part of Dutch Book Week which is organized by CPNB (Collective Promotion Dutch Literature) every year. The artist Souverein did an impressive job of creating realistic images on the pages of each book. They feature the faces of Louis Van Gaal, Anne Frank, Vincent Van Gogh and Kader Abdolah( the writer of the biographic Book Week give away).
