Miniature Gardening by The Pothole Gardener

Posted by on Jan 26, 2012 in ART | One Comment

The concrete of the rugged city streets looks like an empty canvas ready for some serious color, inspiration and life. As a part of his guerrilla gardening crusade, The Pothole Gardener did just that by placing tiny flowers, plants and other greenery into some of the pot holes in London, England. Delightful little gardens pop out from random potholes and crevices brightening the dull gray pavement with life. These creative little installations remind us of the simple pleasures of gardening even in their miniature state.

Flowers and green make a statement fo green for everyone. Some flowers maybe ugly to some but, are treasured by many more. They can produce such joy and feelings of peace and contentment.
