Villa P is located on a steep hill overlooking the beautiful Graz, Austria; this view is what the whole concept of the house design circles around. All the living spaces are placed on the upper level that is dedicated completely to the fantastic view, while on the lower level it includes a doctor’s office and other adjoining rooms. Individual entrances are provided for each level, showing a clear separation of living and work spaces. The garden is a key element to the villa, due to the steep hill a very broad external staircase connects the upper level to the garden which also maximizes the panoramic view. A pool is located in front of the building connecting to the carport; both together establish a clear border between the residence and the street, ensuring privacy for its residents.
