Meze Classic Headphones

Posted by on Apr 4, 2012 in DESIGN

Conceived about a year ago from an idea of the award-winning industrial designer Antonio Meze, the Meze line presents a new collection of  high quality headphones. It was meant to be a internal “no compromise project” but after the first few prototypes came out, it seemed a shame to keep this beauties away from the market. The headphones are not only good looking but also offer a warm and natural sound due to its construction and wood housing. All models feature very practical and ergonomic design like folding headbands for easy transportation and suspension pads for comfort.
The collection consists of three models, which differ mainly in size, from a classic 55mm up to a rich 88mm, ideal for indoor listening. Among the main technical details: frequency from 18Hz to 22KHz, sensitivity of 110 + /-3dB at 1kHz, 1mW, 3.5mm gold plated cable. Take a look at the details. Available online for pre-order here.
