Rocky, Rocking Horse by Marc Newson for Magis

View all 5 Photos

Remember those days when you used to chase those Indians as the deputy sheriff on your faithful rocking horse? He was always there for you during playtime and beyond. Well he’s back again as an upgraded modern, pop culture infused version for the 21st century. Meet Rocky, the rocking horse for the future. Marc Newson designed this horse with a characteristic similar to medieval jousting horses for Italian furniture company Magis. This polyethylene molded toy is both durable and recyclable and mimics the same movement of the traditional rocking horse. I can’t wait to hop on this pony and let my imagination ride out west again.
