The 2012 Heritage Black Bay by Tudor

Posted by on Jun 2, 2012 in FASHION AND STYLE

In 2010 TUDOR introduced the Heritage Collection that was originally designed for expeditions, it included the Heritage Chrono, the Heritage Advisor and the Heritage Black Bay. The Heritage Chrono is inspired by the Oysterdate Chronograph of the 70s; the Heritage Advisor is a modern version of the emblematic 1957 alarm watch and expresses TUDOR’s vintage spirit. The Heritage Black Bay is inspired by a diving model that continuously evolved from 1954 to the 1980s; the watch is a fusion of technology and innovation while offering impeccable reliability. It features slender, elongated lugs, reworked and resized to produce a contemporary steel case with a diameter of 41 mm, waterproof to 200 meters and enhanced by a domed crystal.

TUDOR is innovating in an unexpected way by equipping its watches with fabric straps meticulously fashioned by a company that perpetuates an over century-old artistic craft. They bring an additional touch of style that reinforces the resolutely modern and sophisticated TUDOR identity. Thanks to a production process including unique hand craftsmanship skills, the straps developed for TUDOR endow the watch with a unique dimension expressing cutting edge style and ensuring peerless comfort on the wrist.
