Property Of…’s Maxi Travel Bag

Posted by on Aug 7, 2012 in FASHION AND STYLE

It’s a not-often-spoken-of concern amongst travelers: what is the perfect bag to bring on a short trip? A balance of ease and usability, lightweight when empty, but hefty when full.

This is what Property Of…, a label born out of the “simple idea of creating useful, well-made and considered products” strives to do with its newly released Maxi Travel Bag. The fairly young label was founded in 2006 by Peter Teo and Richard Chamberlain, two café owners and design collaborators that draw their inspiration from “the daily changing cast of characters, the activities, events and life”.

The Maxi Travel Bag has a bright nylon body that packs away into its own leather base—niftily morphing from a large tote to a clutch proportions—and stows itself away until its next journey. Its body gives off the perfect travel appearance, as well, featuring heavy contrast stitching, durable YKK vision zippers, and a cloth storage sleeve.
