Punibach, Hydroelectric Power Station

Nestled in the the hills of Italy is this modern version hobbit house called Punibach. The creators at Monovolume Architecure and Design envisioned a hydroelectric plant so natural and discrete it is practically camouflaged by the peaceful surroundings. The many monstrous machinery that hide inside put off a delicate glow through the wood panels at nightfall. The result is a pretty spectacle that twinkles at everyone that drives by.
