A textile design company out of London, Pinaki Studios, and a chocolate creations shop out of Amsterdam, Chocolatl, have teamed up together to present Edible Surfaces. The common denominator of these two very different companies is that both depend on science with the careful regulation of temperatures, molding and chemical processes. It is an absolute novelty sparking the curiosity of chocolate lovers everywhere. The concept takes ordinary materials like leather, lace, and other natural fibers to transform their structural possibilities into a chocolate mold. The result is an extraordinary material candy with details and crevasses no one could have expected chocolate to maintain.

ABOUT ALLISON PARKER - Allison Parker is a proud stay at home mom maintaining a full schedule kissing boo boos and passing out hugs just because. Her days many times are spent between the garden and the kitchen. From a journey of learning whole food eating habits, she's taken on the challenges of baking bread, muffins and cakes from scratch and filling the cellar shelves with scores of her own canned goods each year. Writing is one of those things she does because its part of who she is. That and it's a nice break from the never ending work that comes with raising a family.
