Pont de Singe by Olivier Grossetete

Posted by on Nov 8, 2012 in ART

Olivier Grossetete created a bridge illusion called “Pont de Singe” (Monkey Bridge) in the Tatton Park Japanese garden in Cheshire, UK. The white balloons gracefully carry the wooden pathway over a still lake. It is held up by ropes secured together creating an arched shape. Neither end of the bridge reaches the water’s edge which gratifies its artistic statement.
