Porteur Bicycles x Unicef, One for One

Posted by on Dec 28, 2012 in GOOD CAUSES, TWO WHEELS

The Porteur Bicycle puts its history toward a better and brighter future. With beginnings in the post-WWII era, the bicycle was revered for its simplicity and function, the platform on the frame’s fork serving as a reliable means of transporting goods. Today, its light frame and stylish design appeal to the urbanite with reliability in travel, exercise, and enjoyment, but with an additional promise. Under One for One, Porteur.cc pledges to match each bicycle purchased with a bicycle donated to youths in projects for developing countries. Social change lies at the heart of the operation, and reiterates the role of the Porteur Bicycle as a means of serving the general public.
