A good juicy burger hot off the grill (maybe you go for the buffalo kind today, live on the edge), piled high with your choice toppings, some avocado, shredded lettuce, a thick slice of tomato, little mustard, a tinge of mayo.  Unless you’re more like my husband who likes it loaded with extra bacon, melted jalepeno cheddar, a slice of grilled pineapple, some oozing 3,000 calories of delicious, “now I need to run 10 miles tomorrow”

Thomas and Quentin at Fat and Furious Burger have marched their patties down a road where no one has ever ventured before.  They have taken creative sandwiches all around the world, through cultures and global issues affecting us all.  Their burgers have become the canvas. Lead by their imagination and a hefty appetite, these guys have stretched us creatively, and now I’m suddenly feeling hungry.

I find a way to fearlessly provoke your senses and take you by the heart to whatever it is I’m writing about. My sweet spot is creative writing, but for the last 20 years I have been providing freelance content for publications on sustainability and green practices, design, architecture, fashion, and non-profit charity. Recently all wrapped up in producing my first book. I have bounced from NYC to Indianapolis, but my true home is a lovely small town in Central Pennsylvania where there’s a legit drive-your-tractor-to-school-day.
