Aframe Tables by Tomas Alonso

Aframe by Tomas Alonso was designed for Japanese manufacturer Karimoku New Standard. He describes these tables as, “a proposal for a “temporary” piece of furniture that accommodates to contemporary living in cities, which implies living in small spaces that change from time to time as we move from one flat to the next.”

Made from beautiful Japanese oak, these collapsible tables solve small space anxieties where you wish there was a spot for something other than your bed, bike, and mini fridge. Not only are they just gorgeous in design, they are completely practical.  In a moment, you can go from stretching across a yoga mat to comfortably dining in the center of your all purpose room. Hopelessly eye catching, the color pop powder coated steel leg insert will add an artful element thats delightfully fun. Folds down flat to store under a bed, behind a door, or just leaning against a wall. Available in round conversation table or rectangular traditional table.

Allison

Allison Parker is a proud stay at home mom maintaining a full schedule kissing boo boos and passing out hugs just because. Her days many times are spent between the garden and the kitchen. From a journey of learning whole food eating habits, she's taken on the challenges of baking bread, muffins and cakes from scratch and filling the cellar shelves with scores of her own canned goods each year. Writing is one of those things she does because its part of who she is. That and it's a nice break from the never ending work that comes with raising a family.
