View all 9 Photos

In the heart of summer, what better activity is there to pursue than sailing on the bright blue waters? And if you don’t have a boat, that isn’t a problem either! Balmain Boat Company offers a DIY Sailboat Kit that, with approximately 30 man-hours and some ambition, can be assembled into a sizeable sailboat. The kits comes with all of the essentials including precision-cut plywood pieces, sealant, and – of course – instructions. Weighing in at just about 110 pounds, the personal sailboat is a simple pleasure that you can enjoy ever the more with the knowledge that you built it yourself.
