Doucal’s, an Italian shoe brand based in Milan, recently released a preview of their latest fall and winter collection, to be presented at Micam this March. The line includes a range of classic designs, from the penny loafer to the tassel moc, now available in five new and updated styles–Academy, Country, Traditional, Washed, and Soft Good Year. Inspired by brogues, the Academy boots are crafted from polished leather, available in black, brown, burgundy, or green, and have rubber outsoles of red brick, grey, or black. More humble, the Country shoes are made of waxy, water-repellent suede and tumbled leather in green or blue. The Traditional styles distinguish themselves with a formal cut and a blend of calf leather, suede, and yellow dainite. They come in black or brown or in bright colors. Adding pattern to the collection, the Washed chelsea pairs the brand’s standard leather with a tartan band and soles of recycled leather. The Soft Good Year shoes are made of a different material than the rest–horse leather–and come in brown, black, blue, green, or yellow with a leather or rubber sole to match.
