Collaboratively designed by Satyendra Pakhalé and Tubes Radiatori, the Kangeri Nomadic Radiator draws inspiration from the kanger, a personal radiator with roots in Italy and Northern India. The kanger is a pot of embers that can be kept underneath traditional clothing for warmth. Said to have originated in Italy, the kanger was adopted by the Kashmiri people. Combining the words “kanger” and “Kashmiri,” the Kangeri radiator is a contemporary object of utility, beauty, and culture. The mobile radiator has an aluminum body and an oak handle. The round design comes in black and white and can be used to heat any indoor space.
