Ejnar Lauridsen founded ELKA, a waterproof clothing line, in Karup, Denmark in 1958. The label went on to collaborate with Comme des Garçons and Norse Projects, respectively, and to launch their first fashion collection, Elka Regntoej. For fall and winter, Elka Regntoej is bringing out a new generation of high-style, function-driven rainwear. The fresh cuts sport camouflage and reflective paneling, color blocking, and curving hems, as well as Elka Regntoej’s classic welded seams and 320-gram PVC material. Available from select urban retailers, the season’s release comes in in a wide range of colors and patterns; there’s a jacket for every rainy weekend or commute to work.
