Renovated by Henkin Shavit Studio, this apartment combines a private living area with an interior design studio and an architectural office space. Part of a prefabricated building from the 1960s, the flat is located in Jaffa, Tel Aviv and looks over the old city and the Mediterranean Sea.

In reimagining the space, the architects completely refinished the walls and floors, softening the concrete building with wood such as the Gushen Pine that lines the central deck. They furnished the building with unexpected pieces such as heavy metal doors and a sniper cleaning table (which now serves as a dining table). The art collection and flea market finds make each and every room contemporary and full of personality.
