Attention parents and collectors: UPJ is the junior version of the classic UP chair that Gaetano Pesce designed for B&B Italia in 1969. The child-sized furnishing includes a plush red fertility goddess of an armchair and matching ottoman attached by a plastic chain. The seat and foot rest are made of cold-shaped polyurethane foam and covered with polyester fabric, available in solid red and candy stripes. Light enough for kids to push, the chair can be easily moved from the playroom to the den, a functional advantage that makes the design versatile as well as bold.
