This sculptural earthenware and stone vase was designed by Martin Azúa and made in collaboration with the ceramist Marc Vidal. Following up on Azúa’s 1998 project Natural Stain, the vase is a porous ceramic creation which allows water to flow through. Not intended for flowers, the piece stands alone. The stunning white clay design is inset with a Colera stone from Costa Brava, Catalonia, and this unique, rugged element curves the ceramic in a naturalist and visually interesting way.
