In their first monograph, the Dutch designers Stefan Scholten and Carole Baijings document fourteen years of work and inspiration. The 348-page book, Reproducing Scholten & Baijings, traces the history of their Amsterdam-based studio with a foreword by Michael Maharam and 500 color illustrations. The images include photographs, models, and sketches of Scholten and Baijings’ products and process, and many are previously unseen looks into their creative world. Published by Phaidon, the hardcover volume is carefully crafted with a die-cut jacket, tip-ins, and fluorescent red book block edges. Reproducing Scholten & Baijings will be released on January 26th of this year and is now available from pre-order for $100.
