The Analog Memory Desk is a conceptual piece of furniture by the Minnesota-based designer Kirsten Camara. Made of hard maple and naturally finished for a simple, blank slate look, the workspace places emphasis on the user’s ideas. The desk provides an expanse of paper so that one can jot down notes without having to pull out a post-it. Underneath the tabletop, the design stores holds up to 1,100 yards of butcher paper on spools. The paper glides across the glass desktop when one turns the cranks, refreshing the workspace and cleanly rolling the notes down and out of sight.
