To be released later this week on March 19th, 2015, the Brownstone collection is a pack of four spring styles by DQM and Vans. The line includes the Sk8-Hi 46 LX and Old Skool LX in gray, brick red, and brown colorways inspired by the brownstones of New York and other northeastern cities. Made of earthy materials such as leather, suede, nubuck, and canvas, the shoes echo the look and feel of a sandstone stoop. Casual yet stylish, the shoes are detailed with riveted brass eyelets, a single tortoise glass eyelet, waxed flat laces, a navy blue heel tab print, and a custom insole illustration. The everyday shoes are outfitted with a gum outsole and treated with water-resistant Scotchgard™ so that they are durable and ready for the season’s showers. Produced in limited edition for men and women, the kicks will soon be available from The Vans DQM General in SoHo and online at DQM New York.
