Herbarium is a handy tool for foraging and preparing wild provisions. Designed by Emilia Borgvall for Lund University’s The Tomorrow Collective, the prototype includes elements for picking, separating, carrying, rinsing, and drying greens. The eco-friendly item is composed of a naturally finished three-tiered basket with mesh inserts and a mint-green metal frame. Additionally, the kit is paired with herb scissors, a glass jar with a wooden lid, and a slim field guide. Used together, the pieces make it elegant and relatively simple to bring weeds and other free-range edibles from the great outdoors into the kitchen.
