Italian through and through, Davide was born and raised in a tiny little town named Biella in the Piemonte region known world-wide for its excelling textile industry as well as being the hometown of Michelangelo Pistoletto. Creator and founder of Gessato, GSelect, Gblog, Davide deals with design and communication since over a decade focusing in exploring innovative communication tools and techniques.
ELDA BELLONE – Editor
Elda is a very talented Italian architect and industrial designer who’s always been actively involved in studying , investigating and developing innovative approaches to both function and form. Elda is passionate about all the different languages of art, looking for new influences and interchanges she aims to extend and enrich the meaning of the many possibilities to conceive objects, beyond the conventional definitions.
Allison Parker is a proud stay at home mom, home maker, professional boo boo kisser who is passionate about writing. After spending a few years living in New York City with her husband and son, they now enjoy a different pace of life in rural central Pennsylvania. Other than writing she and her husband of 10 years tend a hobby farm together. Days are filled with hours in the garden and even more hours canning in the kitchen. Allison Parker has been published in NYC Our Green Book. She graduated with a Bachelors in Theology from Valley Forge Christian College.

A former magazine editor and retail store owner with a love for stories. Always wanting to know the whys and hows behind the art and the artist, Katrina is now the editor behind REAL EYES and MAKER’S MAGAZINE. As such, her days are mainly spent with her eyes on the Net and the streets, sifting out the best in creatives and culture.
KIMBERLY LI – Contributor
Kimberly Li is a graduate from MIT’s Department of Architecture, and has recently joined the publication team at MIT OpenCourseWare. While architecture remains her first love, her interests encompass literature – epic poetry and Medieval romances are her favorite – and also fashion. She delights in various design projects, featured on her website “unkliched“, and is excited to expand her creative boundaries through GBlog.
STEPHEN BARON – Contributor
Stephen is a Manhattan College graduate and Egan Award winner for short stories, holding a Bachelor’s degree in English. He is easily distracted by tall buildings, and routinely gets lost in modern art museums and a wealth of Bronx hiking trails. Currently living in the quiet garden suburb of Queens, he also writes music and film reviews, and is presently working on publishing his own literary material.
JEFFREY BUSTOS – Contributor
Jeffrey likes to write on trees, couches, galleries, and the occasional Café in Downtown Miami. He is currently trying to define the meaning of meaning through his degree in Philosophy from FIU. Otherwise, he is working on his first novel. Jeffrey will be one of the poets reading at O, Miami Poetry Festival in April. His favorite trees are elm, olive and parse.

Cory Tallman is passionate about design and creativity and how they can expand our understanding of ourselves. He has lived from San Francisco to Japan but found his way, some would say inevitably, to New York City. His writing has appeared in a wide range of publications, but is thrilled to mark his blogging debut here at GBlog.
CAMERON COLE CARCELÉN – Contributor
Designer Cameron Cole Carcelén holds degrees in urban studies and architecture, and has a background in grassroots community involvement for neighborhood improvement and development. Having lived in New York and Buenos Aires, she is a lover of cities and currently lives in Quito, Ecuador. She loves bicycles, fresh juice, and the Andean topography punctuated by volcanoes that characterize Quito’s landscape.

Jessie was born in China in 1989; she holds a Bachelor degree in Marketing and Global Management from Binghamton University and is currently a marketing major MBA student there. Her diverse background provided her with early exposure to different cultures which led her to take an interest in international business development. Even though she has serious intentions in becoming a globalized business woman in the future she also has many hobbies that people normally wouldn’t link together. She is a cosmetics/skincare enthusiast who started her own YouTube channel as a beauty guru in hopes of sharing her knowledge and experiences with the rest of the community.

Janet is a senior at Kenyon College studying English with a Creative Writing emphasis. She has a particular affinity for American literature, and enjoys discovering the narrative(s) behind a piece of art. GBlog is her blogging debut, and she is grateful for newfound exposure to objects such as the “Bug Light.” (She favors the stately praying mantis.)

Her writing has appeared in art, architecture and design websites including The Atlantic Cities and Flavorwire, and her articles have been picked up by sites such as Architect Magazine and Hyperallergic. She is also the co-founder of the duct tape wallet design company Hail the Right Brain!
