A Moto Guzzi V7 Redesigned As A Scrambler

Introduced in 2008, the Moto Guzzi V7 quickly became a success thanks to a combination of classic elegance and modern convenience. But the simpler mechanics, enclosed shaft drive, and lightweight construction also made the V7 one of the more popular models chosen by custom motorcycle builders as a base for new bikes. If the majority of these builds have taken the bike to cafe racer territory, Venier Customs recasts the Moto Guzzi V7 as a fierce yet stylish scrambler. “We work on unique motorcycles, and we believe that the only way to do it is by hand making all the details”, says the team. For this custom build, Venier Customs replaced significant sections of the bodywork with bespoke handmade pieces. Made from aluminum, they include an elongated fuel tank, front and read fenders, seat pan, and side covers. The seat is made of black leather and contains a set of LED brake lights, while at the front new additions include high-rise aluminum handlebars with custom grips, a large LED headlight, and a GPS speedometer. The Mass Moto mufflers are made in Sicily, while the aluminum spring at the rear and the tires come from Ikon and Golden Tyres respectively. Matte surfaces, black and silver tones, and an elegant minimalism ensure that this scrambler will bring refinement both on and off road. Images courtesy of Venier Customs.
